Quotes and pricing
All quotes are provided based on the information available at the time. Quotes are valid for a reasonable period unless stated otherwise.
If additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances or changes requested by the customer, this will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
Payment terms
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins. In most cases, payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in delays to future work.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule agreed work, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible. Late cancellations may result in a charge to cover time or materials already committed.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property and a safe working environment. Any known issues that may affect the work should be disclosed before work begins.
Workmanship
We take pride in delivering quality workmanship and will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible so they can be addressed.
Liability
Carpentry By Chris will not be held responsible for issues arising from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or materials supplied by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
